RHEINZINK
Project Expertise.

RHEINZINK systems through the relationship between material, detailing, installation and performance, informed by more than ten years of experience working for the manufacturer and on site.

The system comes before the material

What is the most critical decision in titanium zinc roofing?

The critical decision is not the finish or brand; it is the co-ordinated design of the substrate, ventilation, thermal movement, fixings and rainwater drainage. The correct sheet will not perform over an unsuitable build-up. Product selection, detailed site measurements, accessories and delivery planning must therefore be based on approved construction details.

  • Build-up and ventilation
  • Thermal movement and fixing
  • Procurement against approved details

Important: Verify Authorised StatusA company’s use of the RHEINZINK brand online does not, by itself, prove that the company is an authorised distributor, an approved technical partner or commercially affiliated with the manufacturer. Always request current written confirmation of distributor or dealer status, technical authorisation and the company’s relationship with the manufacturer. Do not rely on brand or logo use alone.

Understanding a system not only from catalogues but throughout the route from manufacturer to site provides a significant advantage when assessing how technical details perform under real site conditions.

Our consultancy is brand-independent. We assess different roofing systems against the project requirements. RHEINZINK is a particular area of expertise because of our more than ten years of experience working for the manufacturer.

Clear separation of services: RHEINZINK supply is a commercial activity separate from our consultancy. Providing project-specific RHEINZINK products to clients who request them does not alter the scope or independence of our technical assessment.

RHEINZINK bright rolled and prePATINA titanium zinc roofing and façade sheets

Roofing and Façade Sheets

Bright rolled and prePATINA titanium zinc options.

Product details

Sheet thickness, finish and installation system are selected to suit the roof and façade geometry. Bright rolled or pre-weathered finishes are chosen with regard to the architectural intent, environmental conditions and the material’s appearance as it weathers over time.

RHEINZINK titanium zinc gutter and rainwater-downpipe system detail

Roof Drainage Systems

Gutters, downpipes, bends and ancillary components.

Product details

Gutter and downpipe sizes are determined from the roof catchment area and design rainfall. A complete roof-drainage component schedule is prepared, including bends, brackets, rainwater heads, outlets and connectors. The risk of corrosion caused by contact between dissimilar metals is assessed separately.

RHEINZINK project-specific titanium zinc coil and sheet supply stock

Project-Specific Supply

Material packages prepared from the quantity take-off and technical requirements.

View the procurement process

Approved drawings and detailed site measurements are used to prepare the net quantity take-off, panel developments, standing seam panel lengths, waste allowance, coil or sheet cutting schedule and accessories schedule. Recording complex roof geometry in this way establishes the actual material requirement and reduces the risk of avoidable waste or under-ordering. Ordering, production and delivery are co-ordinated with the project programme, and technical guidance is provided for correct storage and protection before installation.
